Description

  • Seek exhibitors to actively occupy the exhibition area based on the target established by the Mall.
  • Meet the revenue and occupancy rate target established by the Mall.
  • Seek an Exhibition Organizer (EO) that has a good reputation.
  • Prepare all documents regarding the exhibition area lease activity, including correspondence to a prospective tenant.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the prospective tenant/exhibitor database.
  • Monitor the activities of loading and unloading exhibition material and ensure that the exhibition area is in accordance with the agreement.
  • Input the Letter of Offer in the system.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in economics.
  • Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the same field for at least one year.
  • Have good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
