Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Create and review financial journals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Liaise with external auditors for audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Develop and maintain detailed financial reports and analysis for management.
Consolidate financial reports across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Manage and monitor accruals, reversals, amortizations, and other complex accounting transactions.
Ensure all accounting records and reports are in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial statement closing, journal preparation, and financial reporting.
Strong experience in liaising with auditors and managing audit processes.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
Proficiency in Oracle, Epro, or similar financial systems.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accruals, reversals, amortizations, and consolidations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
