1. Create planning for cleaning, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.

2. Inspect all areas within the building and its surroundings to ensure standards.

3. Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to established standard procedures.

4. Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of Housekeeping subcontractors.

5. Create periodic reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.

1. Minimum diploma degree in hospitality major.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in building management.
3. Experienced in leading team (leadership skill).
4. Computer literate (Ms. Office).
5. Ability to budgeting and planning for housekeeping maintenance.
