Description

  • Collect & sort the documents for purchase of
  • Receive a newspaper account of finance, bank reconciliation file
  • Check the status of security deposit, renovation and phone. Create and initials Cash Expenditure Voucher/Bank if appropriate
  • Receiving & checking the completeness of documents bill of Acounting, return the documents, make the check/bank giro fot the expenditure
  • Receive a detailed receipt of income subjected to final tax, income tax final calculate, print and review Final Income Tax recap.
  • Receiving payment details are subject to income tax 21,23 and 26.
  • Recap output and input VAT invoice, reconciliation, VAT, Tax Reporting.
  • Tax invoice verification, coordinate with tax consultant, collect and input the evidence (pph 23 and pph 4-2)

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Taxation
  • Have understanding of finance and taxation
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Computer capabilities, e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work in Regional Bandung
  • Temporary for maternitiy leave
