Description

  • Responsible for all mall operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance work on all building equipment according to the scheduled period.
  • Supervise security, parking, housekeeping, landscape & pest control.
  • Able to prepare daily and monthly reports on all operational activities.
  • Maintain good relationships with third parties.

Requirement

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Mall/Hotel/Office Building/Property sector.
  •  Able to work in a team, honest & responsible.
  • Good leadership & communication skills.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office.
