1. Identify potential tenants and receive product proposals from prospective lessees

2. Prepare and send agreements or letters of intent to prospective tenants

3. Conduct evaluations and assessments of current and potential tenants

4. Maintain and update the database of existing and prospective tenants

5. Coordinate effectively with other departments involved in the leasing process

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, or a related field

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office

3. Honest, disciplined, creative, and hardworking

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

5. Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and decision-making skills

6. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
