Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for civil and structural works in mall construction projects.
Assess and quantify materials, labor, and equipment for both civil and structural components.
Oversee tendering processes, including preparation of bid documents and evaluation of contractor submissions.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring expenditures align with budgets.
Conduct value engineering for cost optimization without compromising structural integrity.
Collaborate with project managers, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers for precise cost management.
Draft and negotiate contract terms, variations, and claims specific to civil and structural works.
Perform risk assessments related to costs and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure all civil and structural works comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
Provide stakeholders with regular financial updates on project progress and cost status.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in civil and structural works, preferably in mall or commercial projects.
In-depth knowledge of civil and structural construction methods, materials, and cost control procedures.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Ms. Office Suite.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and structural reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment.
