Oversee and manage all phases of mall construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
Monitor construction progress, budget, and schedule, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with experience in mall or commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
