Responsible for both tenant fit-out work (new, renovation, and reinstatement) and internal mall projects.
Assist with tenant fit-out work from the first technical meeting until the store opens.
Provide guidance to tenants and their contractors regarding fit-out procedures as stated in the Mall Fit-Out Guidelines, including rules and regulations, administrative processes, design, and technical issues.
Review and provide feedback on tenant design submissions and working drawings from both design and technical perspectives.
Coordinate with relevant departments (ME, TR, etc.) during fit-out work and internal projects to ensure compliance with the Mall Fit-Out Guidelines, regulations, and schedules.
Conduct regular supervision and monitoring of tenant fit-out work and internal project progress to ensure they are carried out according to the approved plans and schedules.
Provide recommendations and technical explanations or solutions to contractors for both tenant fit-out and internal project work.
Prepare architectural/interior design drawings, cost estimations, and other supporting documents for internal projects.
Carry out administrative tasks (such as meeting minutes and work reports) to ensure all work is well-documented.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar field, preferably in the retail industry.
Able to analyze working and design drawings accurately.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for retail and F&B.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
