1. Help find potential tenants and rent out empty units according to the target market.
2. Create and prepare all leasing administration such as memos, rental agreements, LOI, and rental calculations.
3. Assist in updating tenants' data, both existing and prospective tenants.
4. Fill in all tenant administration data neatly.

1. Fresh graduate or final year student majoring in management, economics, marketing or any related degree.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Have an understanding of the current market and submarket conditions.
4. Able to plan and negotiate.
5. Willing to place at Head Office / around Jakarta Area
