Description

  • Looking for a prospective tenant to occupy an empty space / unit or replace if the tenant cancels / the tenant resigns.
  • Maintain and renew existing tenants / database tenants.
  • Providing tenants or prospective tenants in knowing business prospects in the mall area.
  • Coordinate between tenants and related departments.
  • Prepare documents related to leasing activities.
  • Input the lease agreement in the system (EPRO, Tableau, ELO).

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in law, management, economies, or any related degree.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have an understanding of the current market and submarket conditions.
  • Ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the market. Strong customer service and client management.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in the same field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
