Supervise the implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the mall.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues that arise during mall operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Ensure that all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate MEP designs seamlessly into the mall’s overall layout and infrastructure.
Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for water treatment facilities.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering roles.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
