Responsible for the overall technical operations and maintenance of mall facilities.
Plan, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage and implement energy-saving initiatives and optimize the performance of machines and equipment to reduce operational costs efficiently.
Ensure that all technical systems and building facilities operate optimally and comply with safety and quality standards.
Assess operational usage and prepare budget plans for building operations and maintenance.
Conduct routine inspections, identify potential technical risks, and take necessary follow-up actions to prevent damage.
Prepare regular technical reports for management and provide improvement recommendations.
Coordinate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and relevant government authorities.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building projects, preferably with a background in managing commercial buildings such as malls or hotels.
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, high-voltage electrical systems, transformers, plumbing, pump & generator systems, as well as cost estimation and bill of quantity (BoQ).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership ability, with a communicative, disciplined, and collaborative approach to working across departments.
Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and accurately to technical issues.
