Description

  • Calculate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and budgets for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
  • Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of MEP material prices, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Develop value engineering proposals based on consultant designs to optimize project costs.
  • Coordinate closely with other Quantity Surveyors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, preferably in mixed-use or high-rise building projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
