Plan, coordinate, direct, and control all activities within the Building/Operational Department, covering Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Parking, and Landscape.
Oversee day-to-day mall operations and ensure smooth execution of building management activities.
Ensure a safe environment by identifying and eliminating safety hazards for staff, tenants, and visitors.
Support emergency preparedness and disaster response plans.
Conduct condition assessments (independently or with consultants) to support the development of long-term capital improvement plans and operational budgets.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to standards.
Supervise and control the handling of complaints related to operational services.
Identify technical or equipment malfunctions and lead corrective actions or improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operations of supporting facilities such as parking areas, security systems, housekeeping, and landscaping.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations management (preferably in malls, hotels, or high-rise buildings).
Strong knowledge of facility management, building systems, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Disciplined, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
Proven ability to manage multiple operational areas simultaneously and effectively.
