1. Responsible for all work in the CS unit 

2. Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) 

3. Make monthly work schedules and ensure that each shift is fulfilled with the specified personnel

4. Make sure the quality of service in line with the standards

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree any major 

2. Have at least 3 years experiences in related field 

3. Fluent in english
