Description

  1. Maintain and record all customer accounts receivable data accurately.
  2. Monitor customer account activities, including timely and delayed payments.
  3. Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports for management review.
  4. Organize and archive billing and collection-related documents systematically.
  5. Compile and report daily and weekly payment summaries.
  6. Process deposit return documents, return signed documents to tenants, and issue official receipts.


Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Economics.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.
  3. Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and possesses strong communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications; able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
