Plan and design MEP systems with or without the support of consultants.
Review and evaluate MEP drawings to ensure designs meet both budget requirements and established standards.
Assess and validate consultant drawings and/or contractors’ shop drawings.
Develop value engineering solutions based on consultant designs to optimize cost and efficiency.
Coordinate with quantity surveyors (QS), MEP consultants, other consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Calculate MEP requirements in line with architectural designs.
Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues in accordance with standards and approved designs.
Willing to be assigned on project sites or conduct regular site visits.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in MEP works, preferably in high-rise or mixed-use development projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of and up-to-date with SNI regulations.
English proficiency is an advantage.
