Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to support the development of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with tenants to ensure their participation in mall activities, promotions, campaigns, and mentoring programs.
Assist tenants by addressing operational issues, including handling complaints and providing ongoing support.
Design and conduct surveys to evaluate management performance in relation to tenant expectations and satisfaction.
Provide support for follow-up activities related to events organized by the Marketing Communication, Advertising & Promotion team.
Identify and communicate mall operation standards to tenants, ensuring proper implementation.
Manage the budget for customer service support needs in an effective and efficient manner.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Strong understanding of mall business processes, company policies and procedures, and relevant business issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and manage stress effectively.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, or the ability to develop them quickly.
Proficient in using computer applications and digital tools.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
