Description

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to support the development of marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with tenants to ensure their participation in mall activities, promotions, campaigns, and mentoring programs.
    • Assist tenants by addressing operational issues, including handling complaints and providing ongoing support.
    • Design and conduct surveys to evaluate management performance in relation to tenant expectations and satisfaction.
    • Provide support for follow-up activities related to events organized by the Marketing Communication, Advertising & Promotion team.
    • Identify and communicate mall operation standards to tenants, ensuring proper implementation.
    • Manage the budget for customer service support needs in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of mall business processes, company policies and procedures, and relevant business issues.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and manage stress effectively.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, or the ability to develop them quickly.
    • Proficient in using computer applications and digital tools.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
