Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to comments and inquiries.
Engage with the audience and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and customer loyalty.
Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, generate reports, and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for brand promotion and engagement.
Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Requirement
S1 from Communication/Digital Marketing/Marketing Management.
Minimum of 3 years experience in social media and copywriting.
Good communication skills (oral & written) in Indonesian and English.
Familiar with digital marketing tools.
Creative, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
Know the latest trends in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
Have basic knowledge of SEO & SEM.
Have basic knowledge of design.
Willing and able to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
