Develop a competency planning, matrix and assess employee competencies
Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Competency Matrix
Evaluate, plan and cooperate with relevant department leaders to determine the training needs of all departments in the Company, based on Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies
Create Assessment Centre to looking talent pool for Talent Management Program
Update and make SOP, Job Description, Job Profiling, Develop Competence Dictionary
Developing module, e-learning module – draft content and visual module development
Support the development of internal Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirement
Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
3 years of experience in HR-related functions that includes Talent Management or Learning & Development
Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing
Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic environment: able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end
Known for a can-do spirit
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in facilitation, training, and/or public speaking is a plus
