Design and conduct tests to ensure product quality, tracking and resolving defects with the engineering team.
Create and maintain test scripts (automated and manual), analyze results, and report findings.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Develop and maintain technical documents (e.g., user manuals, guides) to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with teams to gather information and update documentation for better accessibility.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance QA and documentation processes, train team members, and drive improvements for quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
2+ years in quality assurance testing or technical documentation in a software/hardware/engineering setting.
Proficient in QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, quality control, and technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Figma, MS Word).
Familiar with SQL Server, MySQL, and Postman is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
