Description

  • Design and conduct tests to ensure product quality, tracking and resolving defects with the engineering team.
  • Create and maintain test scripts (automated and manual), analyze results, and report findings.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents (e.g., user manuals, guides) to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather information and update documentation for better accessibility.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance QA and documentation processes, train team members, and drive improvements for quality and workflow efficiency.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 2+ years in quality assurance testing or technical documentation in a software/hardware/engineering setting.
  • Proficient in QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, quality control, and technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Figma, MS Word).
  • Familiar with SQL Server, MySQL, and Postman is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
